With the CodeWeavers CrossOver Compatibility Center you get a database of Windows applications that shows us if the program was tested or not and if it runs or not on MacOSX. Even, if you install a newer version of a gold medal application, there is always the possibility that it won't work anymore after the update. I think that Bootcamp has the greater advantage here, because all your Windows applications will work straight out of the box without compatibility issues and you don't depend of the support of CodeWeavers to make your application running in MacOSX.
